The Challenge We're Solving

Every year, thousands of veterans pursue higher education through the GI Bill. But when they graduate, many are left without structured support, meaningful employer connections, or a clear next step toward full-time employment.

At the same time, employers are navigating a tightening talent market—struggling to fill roles with candidates who bring maturity, purpose, and long-term potential. Mis-hires, disengagement, and wasted resources are becoming far too common.

Student Veterans Face Employers Face
No direct path to full-time roles Shortages in critical workforce areas
Limited access to professional networks Difficulty hiring proven, values-aligned talent
Unclear career options after graduation High risk in early-career hiring decisions

Our Solution: A 3-Phase Launchpad for Success

A structured experience designed to prepare, connect, and launch student veterans into meaningful careers. Each phase builds toward real-world readiness, professional clarity, and long-term employment.

Phase 1

Career Development

2 Weeks

Phase 2

Talent Match & Interview

2 Weeks

Phase 3

Paid Internship Experience

8 Weeks

A structured path that connects you with mission-driven talent, ready to lead and deliver from day one.

Career Readiness Training (Weeks 1–2)

Student veterans participate in hands-on training focused on resume development, interview skills, and understanding workplace expectations. Sessions help them confidently transition from military to civilian careers.

Outcome: Veterans are professionally prepared, confident, and ready to engage with employers.

Engagement & Matching (Weeks 3–4)

Veterans meet directly with  employer partners through structured interviews and career exploration sessions. TalentBase facilitates strong connections based on skills, goals, and values alignment—ensuring the experience is meaningful for both parties.

Outcome: Veterans are thoughtfully matched with employers for a paid internship opportunity based on mutual interest, role fit, and long-term potential.

Paid Internship + Development (Weeks 5–12)

Veterans begin an 8-week internship with their matched employer while continuing weekly training focused on growth, leadership, and career success.

Outcome: Veterans gain hands-on experience, and employers evaluate candidates for long-term roles.
