About the Role

We’re seeking a Territory Sales Representative to focus on agriculture and liquid-handling solutions across a designated region in California. You’ll drive business development, manage accounts, and deliver full-service solutions that include pumps, tanks, filtration systems, and spill containment—helping solve real-world challenges for clients who need results fast.


What You’ll Do
  • Own and grow a defined sales territory with a focus on agriculture and industrial clients
  • Provide pricing, quotes, and tailored proposals that align with client goals and profitability targets
  • Develop strong customer relationships and identify ongoing service and rental opportunities
  • Promote new product innovations and full-service solutions (design, install, operate)
  • Participate in trade shows, demos, client visits, and industry events
  • Collaborate with internal operations, dispatch, and engineering teams to ensure project success
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide timely sales reporting


Who You Are
  • Experienced in B2B or technical sales (especially in agriculture, construction, or industrial sectors)
  • You understand water movement, fluid management, or similar systems—or you're eager to learn
  • Self-motivated and organized, with a strong ability to build trust with clients
  • Comfortable with territory travel and managing your schedule independently
  • A values-aligned professional who takes pride in delivering for your clients
