Redefining Veteran

Workforce Integration

TalentBase was founded to move veteran hiring beyond resumes—toward structured evaluation, readiness, and long-term performance.

Veteran Hiring Wasn’t the Challenge.
Integration Was.

Veteran talent has always brought leadership, discipline, and the ability to perform under pressure.
Yet too often, that value was judged through resumes, inferred in interviews, and tested only after hiring.

That gap didn’t just slow hiring—it created unnecessary risk for employers and frustration for veterans.

Experience Was Hard to See

Resumes struggled to clearly reflect complex leadership and operational experience.

Readiness Was Assumed

Interviews inferred fit—while alignment was tested only after hiring.

Risk Showed Up Too Late

Misalignment surfaced during onboarding, when change was already costly.

This wasn’t a talent issue.

It was a veteran workforce integration problem.

TalentBase was built to change that—by bringing structure earlier, so readiness, fit, and performance potential are visible before commitment, not after.

Built From the Inside of the Problem

TalentBase wasn’t created in theory.

It was built at the intersection of military service, large-scale hiring, and workforce operations—where good intentions often collided with real-world execution.

We saw firsthand where veteran hiring broke down, and more importantly, how to fix it.

That’s what changes outcomes.

What Veterans Actually Bring

Veterans arrive with leadership, accountability, and experience operating under pressure—but that value doesn’t always show up clearly on a resume.

What Employers Actually Need
Employers don’t just need experience—they need people who can perform quickly, align to expectations, and operate inside constraints.

What Was Missing Between the Two
There was no shared structure to evaluate readiness early, align expectations, or test fit before hiring decisions were made.

TalentBase was built to bring structure where experience alone wasn’t enough.
Our work sits between veteran talent and employer demand—designing structured access so readiness is visible, expectations are shared, and performance can start sooner.

Leadership Informed by Both Sides of the System

Military experience alone doesn’t build workforce solutions.

Operational perspective does.

TalentBase is led by individuals who have served, hired, and built inside complex organizations—where performance, accountability, and timing matter.

That perspective shapes how we design veteran workforce integration: structured, realistic, and built for long-term results—not optics.

Military Perspective

Understanding leadership, execution, and accountability under pressure—beyond job titles or MOS codes.

Employer Reality

Experience hiring inside fast-moving organizations where readiness and performance can’t be theoretical.

Workforce Design

Building systems that translate experience into readiness—early, clearly, and consistently.

Leadership isn’t about advocacy alone.
It’s about building systems that work—for employers and talent.
That’s the standard we hold ourselves to at TalentBase.

We are TalentBase.

Veteran-founded. Workforce-obsessed.

TalentBase is a workforce integration firm focused on solving real hiring challenges by aligning veteran talent with employer demand.

We build structured pathways that prepare veterans and their families to integrate, perform, and grow—while helping employers hire with confidence.

Through targeted professional development, employer alignment, and system navigation, we connect education, workforce, and certification partners into a clear pathway from preparation to performance.

This is how sustainable workforce integration gets built.

Founder & Leadership Perspective

Built from lived experience inside military service, large-scale hiring, and workforce system design.

Kenny Spratt

Founder & CEO, TalentBase

TalentBase was founded by a leader who has served in high-accountability military environments and later held senior roles responsible for hiring, workforce strategy, and talent outcomes inside complex organizations.

Across military leadership, Fortune 500 hiring operations, and regional workforce partnerships, a consistent gap became clear: veteran talent was strong, but employers lacked a structured way to evaluate readiness early—while veterans were expected to adapt without shared expectations or context.

TalentBase was built to close that gap by creating a disciplined approach to veteran workforce integration—aligning military experience to real roles, performance standards, and operating environments before hiring decisions are made.

Workforce System Design

Leadership isn’t about experience alone.
It’s about taking responsibility for outcomes.

That responsibility is what guides TalentBase’s work.

Our core values define who we are.

Each value shapes how we serve, who we partner with, and how we lead.

  • Integrity First

We do what’s right, even when no one’s watching. Trust is earned—and we protect it fiercely.

  • Relentless Curiosity

We never stop learning, questioning, and seeking better ways to serve those we work with.

  • Innovation

We challenge assumptions and bring creative solutions to hiring and workforce challenges.

  • Transformative Agility

We adapt fast and help others do the same. Because growth happens outside the comfort zone.

  • Excellence Driven

We set the bar high—then raise it. Mediocrity has no place in our mission.

  • Results Matter

Outcomes over optics. We measure success by the impact we make in real lives and real businesses.

These principles shape how we work—with employers, with talent, and within our own organization.
