As an Inside Sales Representative , you’ll play a vital support role within a fast-paced, service-driven team. You’ll manage customer quotes, contracts, and logistics while ensuring top-tier communication between the client, operations, and field sales.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who’s organized, proactive, and thrives in a technical sales environment.
- Generate accurate quotes, service agreements, and rental contracts
- Coordinate product availability and job logistics across teams
- Respond to customer inquiries and support ongoing account needs
- Maintain detailed order records in CRM and internal systems
- Communicate with dispatch, delivery, and field teams to ensure success
- Assist with inventory tracking and on-time fulfillment
- Provide high-level customer service via phone and email
Required:
- 3+ years of experience in inside sales, order coordination, or customer service
- Familiarity with CRM/ERP platforms for quote and contract management
- Clear, professional communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle competing priorities
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in a technical, mechanical, or industrial environment
- Prior background in equipment rental, fluid systems, or construction support
- Hands-on experience developing solutions for customer needs
