Territory Focus

This position supports a defined territory: Southern New Hampshire, Maine, and parts of Vermont

The Role

As an Inside Sales Representative , you’ll play a vital support role within a fast-paced, service-driven team. You’ll manage customer quotes, contracts, and logistics while ensuring top-tier communication between the client, operations, and field sales.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who’s organized, proactive, and thrives in a technical sales environment.


What You’ll Do
  • Generate accurate quotes, service agreements, and rental contracts
  • Coordinate product availability and job logistics across teams
  • Respond to customer inquiries and support ongoing account needs
  • Maintain detailed order records in CRM and internal systems
  • Communicate with dispatch, delivery, and field teams to ensure success
  • Assist with inventory tracking and on-time fulfillment
  • Provide high-level customer service via phone and email


What You Bring

Required:

  • 3+ years of experience in inside sales, order coordination, or customer service
  • Familiarity with CRM/ERP platforms for quote and contract management
  • Clear, professional communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle competing priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent


Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in a technical, mechanical, or industrial environment
  • Prior background in equipment rental, fluid systems, or construction support
  • Hands-on experience developing solutions for customer needs
