Branch Manager – Industrial Operations (Veteran-Preferred)

Base Salary:$90,000 – $120,000 + up to 40% annual incentive bonus
Work Style: Onsite with local field leadership responsibilities
About the Role:
We’re hiring a Branch Manager for a national industrial services firm that delivers mobile pumping, containment, and engineered solutions for agriculture, infrastructure, and industry. This role is ideal for a veteran leader —someone who has owned missions, led teams, and delivered results.
In this role, you’ll oversee P&L performance, team leadership, sales execution, and operational excellence. You’ll be trusted to run the branch with the autonomy to make decisions and the responsibility to ensure your team and territory thrive.

Your Mission:
- Oversee all branch operations: safety, sales, delivery, service, and customer success
- Lead and develop your team—recruiting, training, coaching, and managing performance
- Own the branch P&L: monitor income statements, control costs, and grow margin
- Drive local business development and support reps on client strategy and visits
- Ensure the branch meets safety, environmental, and service standards
- Monitor contracts, receivables, inventory, and asset performance
- Participate in industry events, Brown Bags, Tow & Shows, and local associations
- Lead from the front—promoting professionalism, discipline, and teamwork at all levels
- Foster strong internal collaboration across branch, regional, and corporate teams
Who You Are:
- Military veteran strongly preferred —especially with command or ops background
- 8–10 years of experience in industrial, operational, or service leadership roles
- 5+ years of direct team management and P&L accountability
- Comfortable with sales processes, customer engagement, and business development
- Knowledge of pumps, irrigation, water movement, or fluid handling is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (or equivalent leadership experience)
- Valid driver’s license required
