How The Program Works
You’ll move through three guided phases designed to prepare, connect, and launch you into a meaningful career.

Career Readiness Training
(2 weeks)
Professional skills, LinkedIn/resume prep, interview practice, workplace navigation.
Outcome: You’re confident, prepared, and ready to meet employers.

Employer
Matching
(2 weeks)
CoreMatch alignment, structured interviews, and conversion expectations set upfront.
Outcome: You and the employer confirm mutual fit before the internship.
3
Paid Internship & Evaluation
(8–12 weeks)
Full-time internship with real projects, mentorship, midpoint review, and final evaluation.
Outcome: Experience, references, and a clear path to long‑term success.
Who Can Apply
Student Veterans in their Final Year of Study
Must be able to participate in the entirety of the program and be open to a full-time offer at program complettion
Veterans who have completed a degree or certification
18+ Years Old
Proof of Service
(e.g., DD-214 or equivalent)
Good academic standing
(If currently enrolled)

Paid Experience – $23+/hr internships on real projects that strengthen your skills.
