Paid Internship & Evaluation

(8–12 weeks)

Full-time internship with real projects, mentorship, midpoint review, and final evaluation.

    No guarantees, but internships are designed to convert when there’s a strong mutual fit.

  • Do I have to pay anything?

    No. Training is free for veterans; internships are paid by employers.

  • What if I’m not matched right away?

    We’ll keep working with you and can re‑engage you for a future cohort.

  • Where are internships located?

    Primarily Kern County and partner sites. Some roles may offer hybrid options (varies by employer).

  • What if I’m Guard/Reserve?

    You’re welcome. We’ll coordinate internship schedules around drill/AT when possible.

  • I have a disability or need accommodations.
