Kenny Spratt is a proven leader with a passion for helping others succeed. Raised on his uncle's ranch, Kenny learned the value of hard work early on, which shaped his leadership approach throughout his military and corporate career.

As a Senior Leader in the U.S. Army, Kenny earned multiple awards for valor. He was pivotal in leading the successful gender integration at the U.S. Army Ranger School. His military experience instilled a strong sense of discipline, teamwork, and adaptability—skills he continues to apply in his civilian career.

At Amazon, Kenny helped scale operations by hiring over 11,000 employees. He served as a Bar Raiser, maintaining high hiring standards by sourcing and assessing top talent. He then joined The Wonderful Company, overseeing workforce development for a 1,700-acre industrial park that employed over 9,000 people.

Now leading TalentBase, Kenny connects top-tier talent with leading organizations, ensuring candidates and businesses reach their full potential. He also serves as Vice President of the Bakersfield College Apprenticeship Council, supporting apprenticeship programs that drive career development in the local workforce.

Kenny holds a BS in Management Studies from the University of Maryland and an MBA from Pepperdine University. He is also a Certified Scrum Master, Certified Project Manager, and Certified Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt.

Outside of work, Kenny enjoys spending time with his family, staying active outdoors, and contributing to his community.
