What is Veterans CareerBridge?

The Bridge Between Service and Opportunity

Veterans CareerBridge is a structured training-to-employment pathway built to prepare veterans and military-connected individuals for long-term career success.

CareerBridge is built around real employer demand. Participating employers commit to supporting and hiring from the program, and TalentBase recruits and prepares candidates specifically to meet those needs.

That means you’re not entering training without a plan.
Every pathway is designed with employment in mind from the start

Built Around Employer Demand

Preperation Before Placement

Training Aligned to Careers

How Veterans CareerBridge Works

A structured, guided process designed to prepare you before opportunities are presented.

Intake & Alignment

We start by getting to know you.

You’ll complete a brief intake so we can understand your background, experience, and career goals.

This step ensures alignment before training or interviews begin.

Professional Development

Once aligned, you’ll move into structured professional development.

The goal is simple: to ensure you’re prepared before employers are involved.

Certification & Alignment

(When Applicable)

Some pathways include industry certifications. When required, they’re coordinated intentionally and aligned to employer demand.”
